Adityantari obtained her bachelor degree in economics (Economic Development) from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Katholik Parahyangan in 2006, and a Master of Planning and Public Policy from MPKP, Faculty of Economic and Business, University of Indonesia in 2009. Adityantari has been a researcher at LPEM FEB UI since 2010. Additionally, she serves as a teaching assistant at Graduate study in Economic Planning and Public Policy (MPKP FEB UI) for Macroeconomics course since 2010. Her main interest is Planning and Public Policy and Monetary Economics.

Among the research projects Adityantari has undertaken are Baseline Study Assessing Public Deliveries in Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralization (AIPD) for AUSAID in 2011, News Letter Report of Periodic Economic and Data Base Report for BCA since 2010, and a study of World of Business and Public Satisfaction of Monetary Conditions for Bank Indonesia in 2011.
