Selvy is an alumnus of FEB-UI majoring in accounting (1993-1997). She has experience as an auditor at Ernst and Young (EY) before pursuing her MBA degree at Melbourne Business School, Australia (2001-2002). She was a CFO in several companies before deciding to become a permanent lecturer in the accounting department of FEB-UI. For the past few years, she also serves as an audit committee of a state-owned enterprise.
