Achieving UHC shows commitment from the Indonesian government in improving the quality of human resources, especially in terms of health. This is closely related to efforts that the community can be protected by health insurance or protection. However, this achievement is not necessarily only in terms of quantity but also the use of health insurance or protection to improve public health conditions. Universal health coverage should be considered to have been achieved when health services are accessible in an inclusive manner.
