Rafika Farah Maulia, S.E., M.Sc.

Rafika is a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Economic and Social Research Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia (LPEM FEB UI). She holds a master’s degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Environmental Economics. She has joined LPEM FEB UI since 2018 as a research assistant at the Environmental Economics Research Group and returned to the institution after her master study. Her works mainly fall around the environmental and energy economics issues such as renewable energy pricing, cost-benefit analysis of exhaustible natural resources exploration, economic and environmental impact assessments, and climate financing. Some of her current studies include microfinance potential for clean water provision assessment, the modelling for marginal abatement cost of land-based mitigations in Indonesia, the assessment of renewbale energy-based electricity generation in Indonesia, and piloting Ecological Fiscal Transfer (EFT) mechanism in Central Java Province.
