DEVELOPMENT PLANNING COURSES

  1. Functional Hierarchy Planning Training (Bappenas)

This training has accreditation from Bappenas and aims to: (i) improve the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Bappenas’s staffs to carry out their duties as a professional planner functional position, based on personality and ethics of civil servants in accordance with the needs of the institution, (ii) create capable personnels who can act as a reformer in the context of national unity, (iii) establish attitude and spirit of service-oriented dedication, guidance, and empowerment of the community, responsible for their works, tasks and actions, and (iv) create a common vision and dynamic mindset in carrying out government duties in general and development for the realization of good governance.

Training is divided into several levels, namely :

  1. Beginner Level
  2. Junior Level
  3. Intermediate Level (for Economic and Social Affairs)
  4. Advanced Level (for Economic and Social Affairs)

  1. Substantive Planning Training (Bappenas)

This training is a Bappenas ‘s substantive training where LPEM FEUI is one of training organizer that has been accredited by Bappenas.

This training is consists of several categories, such as :

  1. Regional Development Planning

In general, this training aims are to improve the understanding of regional development planning, by terms of rules, theory, and practice. It is hoped that after following this training, they can perform as professional planners who have a comprehensive understanding of the development planning in accordance with their skill and expertise area.

  1. Pro Poor Planning and Budgeting

In general, the training aims are to improve the participant’s ability on planning skills and budgeting pro-poverty skills using Pro Poor Planning and Budgeting instruments (P3B), especially related to MDGs Score Card, Social Maps, and budget analysis using Pivot Table Budget Analysis.

  1. Green Economy

In general, the training aims to improve the knowledge of participants about the concept of green economics, how the concept linked to development planning, as well as why this concept is important as integral part of the general policy for sustainable development.
