Digital Transformation and Behavioral Studies (DTBS)

 

The overall aim of the research group is to study the development of digital economy in Indonesia as well as studying the behavior of economic agents using experimental methods. Throughout the years, our studies have been used to inform, support and evaluate policymaking in the areas of digital ecosystems, most notably e-commerce, financial inclusion, and payment system, among others.

Prani Sastiono

Prani Sastiono is a researcher at the Institute of Economics and Social Research and an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Universitas Indonesia. Her main focus of research includes economics in health, financial inclusion and digital finance, economic development and behavioral economics. She graduated from the National Institute of Political Studies in Tokyo with her PhD in public economics.
