Setya Agung Riyadi completed his bachelor’s degree with a major in Economics from Bogor Agricultural Institute. Agung started to work in LPEM FEBUI as a research assistant in 2014. Previously Agung has worked in BAPPENAS/Ministry of National Development Planning as a supporting staff for the publication of Region in Figures (Daerah Dalam Angka)book and other projects. Agung is adept in using several statistical software such as E-views, Minitab and SPSS moreover Agung also has mastered several graphic design and mapping softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, AA LOGO, ARCGIS, Geoda, Microsoft Visio. Agung’s research interests include regional economics, development economics, industrial economics, labor economics and micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs).
While working in his research projects in LPEM FEBUI, Agung has worked with a broad range of institutions, including national and international institutions. Several clients that worked with Agung includes Ministry of Industry, BAPPENAS/Ministry of National Development Planning, Bank Mandiri, Social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS) Health, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Creative Economy Agency (BEKRAF), Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAJI) as well as several local governments. As for international clients, Agung has worked in the projects which are funded by ADB and JICA. Within his period working in LPEM FEBUI, Agung often handles data management, data processing, survey and input-output calculation.
