Untung1Untung Afandi is a senior researcher at LPEM FEBUI and a lecturer at Graduate School of Planning and Public Policy, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (MPKP FEBUI). He completed his Bachelor Degree at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia in 1998 and Master of Management at Management Graduate School, University of Indonesia in 2003. His area of expertise is public finance.

He joined LPEM-FEBUI since 1999 and has extensive experience in developing topical trainings for government instutitions, NGOs, and private sectors. He has also involved in various projects related to regional development. Untung Afandi is currently a doctoral student in public administration in FISIP UI and doing dissertation on Social Security. He teaches courses on Social Security in Graduate School of Planning and Public Policy (MPKP FEBUI).
